 It doesn't.  In that case, Browse refuses to navigate.  It won't "accept"
 an Enter from the address bar, and clicking the link is ignored, as
 opposed to navigating into the empty folder.

 Is there a way to manually "push" the Terminal namespace to Browse,
 whether a current or future instance?  That'd be an acceptable workaround.
