 Build 703 and 708 (and I believe earlier builds also show this problem).

 I have 8 laptops with 708, about half of them can connect to the WPA
 access point in the office called 'olpc'. The others repeatedly ask for
 the passphrase, even though I'm quite confident that I have typed it in
 properly many times.

 I will add logs after I try some rebooting and removing of the
 /home/olpc/.sugar/default/nm/network.config
