New description:
Scenario:
1. Manually select a wpa access point and pick connect.
2. Enter the key, the XO connects to the XO point.
3. Change the key configured on the access point.
4. Reboot the XO.
5. Manually select the access point again and pick connect.
6. Enter the key. The XO fails to connect. The networks.cfg file
still has the first key.
