 The devices in the Frame seem to have no consistent ordering across
 reboots.  While it's true that the tray is extensible (for external
 devices, etc.), there's no excuse not to have the standard devices that
 ship as part of Sugar retain their positions, according to the mockups in
 the designs on the wiki.
