 While I agree that a tab solution is perhaps the best option of the ones
 you've brought up, but I would argue that violating the instance model is
 better than having the failures being experienced in Uruguay and
 elsewhere. You can learn to accommodate the confusion of the new window
 being created, but you cannot accommodate when the interaction fails. Can
 we go back to the "unattractive" but works solution of opening a window
 until we have a better solution in hand?
