#7238: OFW: optional parameter for help command

 I don't know if it's a bug or a feature:
If trying to get help on a specific topic (e.g. '''help boot''', I'm used
to Sun's OFW implementation where this works) I get the help page (as with
'''help'''), then the supposed parameter ('''boot''') is taken as the next
 command and executed.
The expected behaviour from my point of view would be to either display a
command-specific help page or a message stating this help topic is
 missing.
