 Create a report which lists tickets where the difference between the
 current date and the last modified date is greater than a specified period
 of time.

 One version of the report could go to a person designated to supervise
 work queues and would be ordered by ticket age and/or owner...

 Another report could be automated to be sent to the ticket owner when
 particular criteria are met.

 If someone can define:

 Then it would be possible to send an old ticket bump report to the
 ticket's owner when these criteria are met.
