 Eben's changed the sugar background from #ccc to #fff.  Accordingly, here
 are the new startup frames for OFW.

 I'm assuming we'll use the same "appearance of dot below XO man indicates
 exit from OFW" convention as before, so I've included two frames, one with
 and one without the dot.
