 I've been told that the the EC purposely powers down the laptop other than
 itself at 20% to preserve the mesh.

 Could the battery display be adjusted to display 20% as 0%, as it
 otherwise gives the wrong impression to users and spurs user confusion, as
 they think "i've got the same amount of time it took to get down to 80%"
