 According to Michali's request, we need to include functionality for the
 XO to dial via a GSM/CDMA modem

 For this purpose we need to preinstall wvdial into the builds.

 Using yum, the necessary packages(with dependencies) are:

 wvdial        i386    1.54.0-5.2.2.1  olpc_koji-update1  131 k[[BR]]
 libwvstreams  i386    4.2.2-3.fc7     olpc_koji-update1  658 k[[BR]]
 ppp           i386    2.4.4-2         olpc_koji-update1  383 k[[BR]]
