 Steps to reproduce
 1. In Browse, go to http://acroeng.adobe.com/Test_Files/security/
 2. Click on MyPasswordIs_open.pdf
 3. Do the dance to download and Open in Read

 The PDF appears as empty file page 0/0.

 It should prompt for a password then show an Adobe flyer.
