 Looking at presenceservice.log, Gabble tried to connect 5 times during
 this interval. When Gabble can't connect, it retries regularly according
 an exponential backoff (5 sec, 10 sec, 20 sec...) with a maximum of 5
 minutes.

 Do you think PS should be more aggressive and do more attempts during
 these 2 minutes?
