 people jonesing my unencrypted wifi and causing NetworkManager restarting
 all the time and breaking my sugar are really cheesing me off, so I'm
 going to stick follow_name_owner_changes everywhere in sugar and see how
 that goes...sigh...another delay to 6995 :(.
