 In my opinion, this is not a condition which should require a Sugar-
 supplied GUI.  Instead, this is simply a failure case that should be
 implemented as part of the DS API through which activities perform keep
 transactions.  The activities should be strongly encouraged to gracefully
 handle such error conditions.

 We can, of course, provide a suggestion for the alert, but it's an alert
 that should likely appear non-modal within the activity interface.
