Comment:

 Stock icon issues fixed with icon-naming-utils utility.  Requires a build
 dep on icon-naming-utils added to the sugar-artwork package.

 (Also attached, for easier reference.)

 This ought to fix quite a number of "weird icon" issues; for example,
 Pippy's button bar should use the proper sugar icons now, too.  (Although
 sugar needs an 'edit-clear' icon to fully get rid of the "short
 paintbrush.)

 Requesting review of this portion of the fix (the previous reviewed patch
 has been committed already.)
