 Since I customize the builds I install, I do not install every new one --
 instead I often upgrade the build I have already installed by manually
 adding the changes listed for the new build by "build announcer".

 I notice that this 'fix' probably patched cracklib-dicts -- but there was
 __NO__ change recorded by "build announcer" for 2227.  Please, when a fix
 is applied, try to ensure that the change will show up in the build
 announcements.
