sugar-jhbuild:
i downloaded wikibrowse(wikipedia-10.xo) from the activities wikipage with
browse. after the download had finished sugar hung up. when launching
sugar again i couldn't open the journal anymore (if i did i saw a grey
screen and sugar hung up).
shell output:
{{{

not receive a reply. Possible causes include: the remote application did
not send a reply, the message bus security policy blocked the reply, the

i could fix my journal by downloading another activity (i chose
analyze.xo). after the download i clicked -> "show in journal" -> "back".
this was the first time i could see my "normal" journal again (wikibrowse
could be seen there). but sugar hung up. after relaunching it my journal
worked fine again and wikibrowse was gone.
well, i think there is more than one issue in my scenario.
1. installing wikibrowse doesn't work
or maybe the unpacking (which is in background, isn't it?) lasts so long
because this .xo is quite large and during this unpacking the os doesn't
respond? and i was just not patient enough? [[BR]]
2. this faulty situation (killing sugar while .xo is unpacking) seems to
corrupt sugar
which in my opinion is the greater problem.
