 Joyride 2173.

 When library bundles are unpacked, and later when they are removed, the
 library index isn't updated -- /usr/share/library-common/make_index.py
 should be run in both cases but is not.  The rest of the process
 (installation and removal of bundles in /home/olpc/Library) is working.
