 It recently came to my attention that the icon naming spec we're following
 [1] is relatively new, and there are backwards compatibility
 considerations [2] we should be making to ensure consistent visual styles
 for icons in Sugar.

 because the standard Tango documentation on the utils doesn't seem to be
 accessible at the moment.  We should get this into artwork so that all of
 our icons are themed nicely.
