 So the ogg file is in SVN, the GStreamer bindings are in the image, but it
 still does not work. I suspect our GStreamer plugin is too old, there is a
 new one at http://squeaksource.com/GStreamer.html that might be required.
 Otherwise try to get Josh or John to comment ...
