 We need to understand and describe the functionality of the F7 network
 scripts, and reproduce the same functionality on F9.

 The networking infrastructure on F9 is radically different -- the removal
 of netplugd is the main change, and F9 should be a better base than F7.

 Along the way, we should get rid of some of the problems with the F7
 scripts - lack of support for >2 NICs for example - and describe test
 procedures.
