#7669: How should the revealing of the frame work while the activity splash screen
is showing

 Start some activity (that takes a while to fully launch).
 During the blinking splash screen, move the cursor to the four corners.
 The frame doesn't appear.
 Press the keyboard frame key, and it reveals the frame and shows the Home
 view.

 The frame should be accessible through the 4 corners in this instance, I
 think.
 I'm not sure if the keyboard frame key should also hide the splash screen
 in this case, as it creates an uneded exception for it.
