#7658: Pressing home view button when a splash screen is shown does not work

 While a new activity is starting up, it is not possible to press the
 HomeView button. What works however is to first press eg. the friends view
 button and then HomeView.

 Pressing the HomeView button should also work when an activity is
 launching.
