 It's a placeholder for now: I need to investigate whether there are any
 issues with the new Sugar UI with respect to the customizations our
 deployment countries want to make.  Can they easily tag favorites, select
 mesh/grid as default favorites view, pre-arrange icons in the grid view?
 How is the help activity integrated, and does it need auto-start?

 If you know of specific problems in these areas, please file new trac bugs
 and link them as blocking this one.  Otherwise I'll file such bugs as I
 encounter problems.  But I haven't gotten the cycles to characterize our
 current status on this issue yet.
