 (joyride-2202) Hovering over buttons** near the bottom edge of the screen,
 so that the initial first line of its palette text appears, then right
 clicking to quickly display the rest of the palette menu items does not
 shift the palette position up to fit on screen (if you just loiter the
 full palette is correctly shifted up).
