Comment:

 I'm pretty sure this will be related to the Fedora 9 evdev update that
 went into 2200.  evdev on my own Gentoo system behaves in this way with
 evdev keyboard (down = enter, up = print screen, etc), and it looks like
 the same bugs have now entered Fedora.
