Comment:

 I have noticed the same behavior in 708-1.
 It connects fine the first time it encounters a network.
 Apparently, it fails to properly use the encryption information stored in
 .sugar/defaults/nm  when trying to reconnect to the encrypted network and
 keeps asking for a key.

 I have left the  priority high, however it is a blocker in my mind.
