 ExampleEtoys is listed in the publishing dialog (file list).

 In general it needs to be possible to set file directory entries in the
 knownServers list as readOnly (acceptsUploads: false).

 Possible solution would be to split the list of local project directories
 in ServerDirectory into wr and ro locations.
