 No, it's not merged.
 I manually rebase this patch on HEAD (files were renammed) :

 It doesn't seem to break anything but not OLPC buddies are still not
 displayed as PS doesn't expose buddies without key anymore:

 service;a=commitdiff;h=836b10477c765ca991caf82791001f29b8cf61c9
 which was a fix for #6142 but we could probably revert it once this bug is
 fixed.
