Comment:

 We should ''never'' assume that the default colors for icons are correct.
 The purpose of the entities is to ensure that we render the icons as we
 want them, regardless of what colors the author created the icon in.  I
 have switched to using a medium gray for the stroke by default, mostly so
 that the icons appear just as they do on the Home screen when shown other
 places (such as the wiki, for instance).

 This is closely related to #3363, which is suffering the same lack-of-
 specified-color problem. If anyone finds other instances of this in Sugar,
 we could aggregate their tickets here.
