Comment:

 Yes, the battery icon should be rendered in white (as it always should be
 when plugged into AC power).  We should probably hide the progress bar and
 percentage completely as you mention.  The secondary text should just read
 "Removed" (The primary text reads "My Battery", so restating 'battery' is
 redundant).
