Comment:

 As discussed in chat, couple of issues:

 1 We need to make more clear why we need the select_text in
 webactivity.py. I suggest a comment, something like "We select the first
 loaded address in webtoolbar but this ensures that we select the entry
 even if no address is loaded" (feel free to improve!)
 2 We are changing set_address to update the entry for the first url. Why
 is that necessary? We should not change the address when focus is on the
 entry to not overwrite what the user is typing.
