 Holder getGraphicAtCursor returns the unrotated form of a rotated morph.
 Try:
  create a sketch, drag a copy to a holder.
  rotate the sketch by 90, drag a copy to the holder.
  observe Holder graphicAtCursor as cursor changes from one to two and vice
 versa. There is no change.

 I believe this is because getGraphicAtCursor returns the form from a
 renderedMorph of the object at cursor. If the object has been rotated,
 then this yields the base graphic of the original sketch rather than the
 rotated graphic.
