 Sorry, bug review overload made my normally turgid language worse :-(

 Tomeu and I thought that we need to test activity start up time. If its
 better than the previous release we are done for now.

 If its not better than the previous release we should assign an engineer
 who can help determine if this particular issue (X start) amongst others
 should be addressed.

 Hope that's clearer.
