Comment:

 putting action back to review, even though I'm still missing testcase. The
 test case is basically to have two versions of same activity with same
 version number (I'll upload the two versions of clock I'm using) and
 resume one then the other from journal, and confirm that the second one
 installs. However, resume from journal is acting up in general for me -
 that's the other bug. I'm trying to get a better handle on why and when, I
 have to rebuild to latest to make sure it is not fixed already.
