Comment(by dsd):

 Nope, perl is still pulled in by:
  * libbonobo, which will hopefully go away when my gnome-python2 packages
 fall into place next build
  * gstreamer-plugins-base, which we should fork again like we did for
 OLPC-2 to remove the perl dep. I've done this locally, scratchbuilding
 now, will drop a RPM into place for next build.
