 This ticket is to track Gadget integration in sugar.

 Sugar should request N random buddies and M random activities to Gadget so
 the mesh view won't be empty for new users when we'll drop the shared
 roster hack.

 How to define N and M is still an open question. Hardcoded value? Stored
 in sugar profile? Dynamic?
