 to be in runaway oops mode.  Eventually it did recover.

 So this is a totally new oops I haven't seen before. The libertas commands
 are failing with a -62 (timer expired) instead of -71 or -2 that we've
 seen with our testing so far. This failure causes us to get a bunch of
 NETDEV_TIMEOUTS. When we try to sleep again, the USB suspend fails with
 -110 (timeout). The kernel sees that one of the tasks refused to suspend
 and dumps a full backtrace of every process in the system.
