 @epastorino: I can reproduce the upload problem for images as attachments.
 This looks tricky, it does work with other image upload interfaces i have
 tried wiki.laptop.org for example or other email webfrontends (e.g.
 web.de). Don't know yet what is causing this. Probably some communication
 that is going back and forth between the windows (to upload an attachment
 there are two open).
