 These tickets talk about "updating the versions of the Activities".  The
 user may want to do more with the CLI than just check Activity
 compatibility.

 The problem with the console is that in the current implementation, the
 user is normally given root access.

 It ought to be possible on a newly installed base system to use the CLI
 WITHOUT risking giving root authority to inappropriate user commands.  The
 __Terminal__ is where the user should be typing in his commands.
