 When navigating among Home, Groups, and Neighborhood zoom levels, a blank
 gray screen is presented, instead of the zooming XO animation.  Since this
 a regression to a metaphor which defines the basis for the OS, it must be
 fixed before release. (I forget how to request a blocker via keyword...)
