 Wanted note a visual defect that's been around a while in Joyride since
 the redesign where none of the lower tray frame icons (devices) respond
 visually to mouse-over. They should rollover from a frame grey to a black
 back fill, attaching to the pop-up palette (also a light grey outline to
 join with the pallete's outline).
