 PS have a PS.GetBuddyByTelepathyHandle() D-Bus method but it doesn't help
 us here as it doesn't work with channel specific handlers.

 The Activity object has a _handle_to_buddy dict we could maybe use to
 build an Activity.GetBuddyByTelepathyHandle() method?
