Comment:

 I disagree with the premise of this ticket.

 #7008 assumes that if one Activity is ended, the user will want to _start_
 another Activity [in the new Design, Home is a 'new' activity launcher;
 Frame (invokable from anywhere) is the 'existing' activity resumer].

 I always have more than one Activity going. When one Activity ends, I'd
 rather be returned to someplace I can work with, instead of being returned
 to a place where I have to choose. Besides, if I wanted to go to Home
 View, it is simple for me to press F3.

 [To me, even ending up in Journal is preferable to ending up in Home view.
 From Journal I can resume existing work by alt-tabbing, or by clicking on
 a Journal entry. Often, navigating from Journal takes fewer gestures than
 invoking Frame and therein selecting an Activity icon to return to.]
