 Build joyride 2128, q2d16

 Mongolian keyboard/laptop

 I did a cleaninstall to this build; then added some activities. I opened
 terminal, write and I tried typing in the search bars of Sugar and none of
 these will let me use the character switcher key to type the Mongolian
 characters. I can only get English characters.
