suspend/resume? Maybe worth connecting to an AP first, and also opening
some TCP connections first.
I was running something similar to what Andrey ran with a remote machine
pinging the XO for wakeup. Only difference was that i put a small small
sleep between each wakeup/sleep and logged some debug info. That delay may
have been enough to get around this issue since it might be timing
related.
