#7460: "Become root" button should be a toggle.

 Clicking the button to become root works well enough, but it seems it
 could be convenient to make it a toggle button, allowing one to go back
 and forth between user and root instead.  Making the button a standard
 toggle button (with a gray highlight when selected) would work if we
 renamed it to "Run as root" instead.  Alternatively, we could switch the
 icon to the '$_' prompt when we're root, and adjust the palette text
 accordingly.
