 In a discussion about collaborative Write, it occurred to us that having
 background colors for text would be very helpful.  It would allow each
 user's text to be colored with foreground+background drawn from his/her XO
 colors.  This would make it much easier to see who is writing what in a
 shared session.

 Currently, the UI does not appear to expose any option for making certain
 text have a non-white background.
