 Icon attached.

 I agree we should change the mnemonic, though I'm unsure what to change it
 to.  I'm tempted to do something that's actually non-mnemonic, since the
 non-list view is hard to pin down with a letter.  What if we made list
 view CTRL-0 and then made CTRL-[1-9] the first 9 layouts in the non-list
 view?  Alternately, just use CTRL-1 for non-list and CTRL-2 for list,
 always keeping the selected layout when switching to non-list view.
