 Hi,

 Here's a patch that implements a "Power" frame in the control panel.  It
 has two options:

  * "Automatic" power management (ie. idle suspends)
  * "Extreme" power management (ie. disables network, maximizes power)

 I've tested the patch to the following extent:

  * The settings are correctly stored and read from the profile.
  * When settings are made, they are communicated to OHM via the system
 dbus.
  * I've verified that there is no crash or error in the event that OHM is
 not running.
